Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Duties:

- Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants

- Conduct property showings and provide tours to interested parties

- Assist clients in determining their needs and preferences for properties

- Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, including purchase agreements and rental contracts

- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and property values

- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property pricing, financing options, and legal requirements

- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers

- Handle administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including paperwork, contracts, and documentation

Qualifications:

- Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey or Pennsylvania

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role

- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures

- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Customer service-oriented mindset

Pay: $90,088.00 - $106,743.00 per year
